OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Service Trade-offs and Principles
Routes, troubleshooting, and privacy each follow clear boundaries, avoiding vague promises that oversimplify complex issues.
A
Service Model
VPN71 helps address inefficient routing, peak-hour congestion, and exit-region selection when accessing services across borders. Routes include IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections, allowing users to switch based on everyday browsing, AI Tools, or Streaming rather than keeping every task on one route.
B
Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose routes based on the destination region, route type, and current network conditions. If a connection fails, first confirm the subscription status, refresh the route list, switch routes or protocols, and then check the local network and client settings. If the issue persists, sign in to the user panel to submit a ticket with the platform, route name, and error message.
C
Privacy Position
VPN71 follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Data collection follows a minimization principle and is limited to what is needed for account identification, subscription delivery, order processing, and ticket handling. Keep your username, password, and subscription link secure; subscription links are for client import and should not be posted publicly or shared with others.
