Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to the VPN71 website, user panel, subscription management, route connections, and ticket functions. Data processing is limited to providing services, protecting account security, completing orders, troubleshooting, and improving pages. VPN71 limits data by purpose and does not require identity information unrelated to the service when users access network acceleration services.
Registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is therefore not required registration data, and VPN71 does not actively collect one during registration. Users should protect their username, password, and subscription details. These details identify the account, verify login status, and deliver active services.
Data Collected and Purposes
Account data mainly includes the username, securely processed verification information, subscription status, and account settings. It is used for login verification, permission checks, plan delivery, and account recovery. Order data includes the selected plan, amount, order status, payment channel identifier, refund status, and necessary transaction number. This information is used to verify payments, activate services, handle disputes, and meet financial record obligations.
During service operation, VPN71 processes aggregated traffic usage, route selection, client platform, error category, and subscription update time. This supports usage calculations, subscription validity checks, and connection troubleshooting. Website analytics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, approximate region, and page interaction events. They help verify page performance, improve navigation, and detect unusual access. Analytics are not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit.
No-Logs Principle and Connection Diagnostics
VPN71 does not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, communications, search content, or in-app transmission content. It does not create personal activity records from such content. Routine service operation does not retain connection logs that could reconstruct long-term browsing activity.
To protect accounts and system security, login time, source network address, failure status, and device type may be processed temporarily. When users submit a connection issue, the system may also process the route name, error message, and occurrence time as needed for troubleshooting. Temporary diagnostic data is used only to locate issues or control unusual requests, then deleted or de-identified when the purpose is complete; it is not converted into long-term browsing records. Order data, account status, and aggregated traffic usage are service management data and do not include website content.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security identifiers. This keeps pages usable after refreshes or feature changes. Analytics may set identifiers to distinguish repeat visits, but they are not used to read content from other websites.
Users can clear this data through browser settings. Clearing login status or security identifiers may require signing in again to the user panel. Disabling necessary storage may prevent subscription management, order lookup, or preference saving from working properly. Authentication information in browser local storage is used only for the current site's account session.
Third-Party Payment Processing
VPN71 supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment steps are handled by the applicable third-party payment service or transaction network. Payment account information, authorization procedures, and payment credentials are managed by those services under their own rules. VPN71 usually receives only the transaction status, amount, channel identifier, and transaction number needed to complete an order, and does not directly obtain complete verification details for a third-party payment account.
Each third-party payment service applies its own privacy rules to data it independently collects. To verify orders, process refunds, or resolve payment disputes, VPN71 may provide the relevant payment service with an order number, amount, and processing status. It will not provide users' browsing content or route access content.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account details are retained for as long as the account exists and as needed to provide subscription services. Order and refund records are kept for the periods required to verify transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Usage analytics are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after analysis or security purposes are complete. Backup data is overwritten through normal backup rotation and is not used to restore routine account activity that has been explicitly deleted.
Users can request access, correction, or deletion of account data through the ticket entry in the user panel. To prevent unauthorized action, VPN71 must verify the requester's control of the relevant account before processing a request. After account deletion, data needed to deliver services stops being used and enters the deletion process. Records that must be retained by law or to handle unfinished orders, refunds, or disputes are processed after the relevant purpose ends.
This policy may be updated due to feature changes, changes in data processing, or regulatory requirements. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Material changes to data processing will also be announced through the website or user panel. Users should review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
