Terms of Service
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPN71. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. If you disagree with any provision, stop the relevant activity before purchasing or continuing to use the service.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPN71 provides network acceleration for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, using international routes to improve cross-border access. Current coverage includes 100+ countries / 240+ routes. The regions, route types, and available entry points are subject to the information displayed on the website and in the user panel.
Routes and client configurations may change because of network conditions, platform rules, device systems, or routine maintenance. VPN71 may make necessary updates to route entry points, connection protocols, client access methods, and service interfaces, but these updates will not expand payment obligations already purchased by the user. Users should choose a suitable subscription plan or traffic package based on their needs.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription links, and client configurations. Accounts or subscriptions must not be publicly posted, resold, rented, exchanged, or shared long-term with unrelated people. Users are responsible for the consequences of traffic use, configuration exposure, or account issues caused by voluntarily disclosing their credentials.
The service supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but this arrangement is intended only for the account holder to manage their normally used devices. It does not permit splitting a subscription for commercial operation or distributing it to the public. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. When a monthly subscription is upgraded partway through a billing period, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days.
Requirements for Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is used, and must independently determine whether specific access activity meets local requirements. VPN71 must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of illegal content, or interference with other users' normal route access.
Users must not consume route resources at scale through automation, deliberately create abnormal connections, damage service facilities, or evade reasonable account management measures. When activity may affect network security or service stability, VPN71 may apply temporary restrictions to limit the impact and protect route operations.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, international links, device systems, client settings, target website policies, and maintenance schedules. VPN71 will maintain routes and subscription systems within a reasonable scope, but does not promise that every route, region, or target service will remain available in every network environment, nor does it guarantee that third-party website content, account status, or features will remain unchanged.
For connection issues caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, exposed login credentials, third-party service changes, local network outages, or events beyond reasonable control, VPN71 will provide practical troubleshooting information but is not responsible for the third-party service itself. Where applicable law imposes mandatory requirements on limitations of liability, those requirements prevail.
Payments and Refunds
VPN71 supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Before payment, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and billing method. Order details are based on the information confirmed on the payment page. A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the service entry in the user panel so that the relevant order and processing status can be verified.
After a refund is completed, subscription benefits associated with the order may be stopped, and related route configurations may also become invalid. Traffic resets, plan upgrades, and traffic package validity are governed by the purchase page and these terms. Users must not disrupt normal order processing through duplicate transactions, abnormal payments, or other means.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If a user violates the requirements for compliant use, resells or publicly shares a subscription, repeatedly interferes with route operations, or uses an account for unlawful activity, VPN71 may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the impact of the conduct. Measures will be taken with consideration for the level of risk and verifiable records, except where laws or regulations require immediate action.
VPN71 may revise these terms due to changes in service content, operating rules, or applicable law. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained on the website or in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the revised content.
